Sake making implements have been discovered in the Yangtze River Valley in China dating back to 4,800 B.C., approximately the time that nomadic people settled down. Sake is one of the most natural beverages on earth. It is made from only rice, water, yeast and koji-kin. It has an alcohol content of approximately 15%, about that of wine. Like wine, sake comes in many different styles
Junmai
Sake brewed using only rice, water, koji and yeast. The name means "pure rice"
